1. All Sales Are Final
• Instant Access: Once we send you your template link or dashboard login details, the sale is final
• Work Commenced: We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges if our team has already started customizing your order or if you have accessed our template tools.

2. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
• We take fraudulent bank chargebacks very seriously. If a customer opens an unauthorized dispute with their bank while maintaining access to our templates, we will legally contest it.
• We will share full transaction records, setup history, digital delivery logs, and IP addresses with our payment gateways (like Razorpay) to protect our work.

3. How We Handle Your Data
Your personal details and transactions are kept safe through highly secure partners:
• Razorpay: For processing payments safely. Your credit card details, CVV, or pins are never seen or stored on InviteArc servers.
• Secure Cloud Hosting: To keep your digital invitation, live and running smoothly.
We keep your basic order records strictly for delivery tracking, tax accounting, and preventing payment fraud.

4. Things We Are Not Responsible For
Infogentech Softwares LLP and InviteArc cannot give refunds or accept liability for:
• Third-Party Downtime: Temporary crashes or slow loading times caused by external providers (like server hosts, domain registrars, or payment gateway networks).
• User Errors: Mistakes made on your end, such as typing errors, wrong dates, or uploading low-quality photos.
• Misuse: Issues that happen if you share or lose your account access, or try to redistribute our design templates.
Maximum Liability: In any situation, the absolute maximum amount we can ever owe you or be held responsible for is the exact price you paid for your invitation package.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If any official legal dispute arises, it will be handled exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India.
