PART 1: PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how Infogentech Softwares LLP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, processes, and safeguards your personal data when you use our website and services under the brand name InviteArc. We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable global privacy regulations.

InviteArc operates on a data-minimization principle. We collect only the essential information necessary to deliver our services effectively:

• Identity & Contact Data: Full name, email address, phone number, and billing country/currency information.
•  Event Customization Data: Event details, dates, times, venues, photographs, and any custom text required to build your digital wedding website or invitation.
• Transaction Data: Billing details and payment logs. (Note: We do not store financial credentials; see Section 3).

2. Purpose and Lawful Basis of Data Processing
We process your personal data strictly for the following fulfilled purposes:

• Service Delivery: Creating, hosting, and delivering your digital wedding website or invitation.
• Payment Processing: Facilitating secure transactions across various currencies (INR, USD, etc.).
• Customer Support: Providing technical assistance and resolving service issues.
• Legal Compliance: Complying with accounting, tax regulations, anti-fraud verifications, and law enforcement mandates.
  Data Protection Guarantee: We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercially exploit your personal information with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. Payment Processing & Transaction Security
All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway aligned with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and international card network standards.

• InviteArc does not view, capture, or store your credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs.
• International customers may need to provide verified billing country details to comply with cross-border tax and compliance rules.

4. Data Retention and Sharing

• Retention: Your event data and personal details are stored securely only for as long as necessary to host your digital invite or fulfill legal and accounting frameworks.
• Third-Party Processors: We only share data with trusted third-party cloud hosting infrastructure, payment processors, and analytics tools critical to running the platform. All such providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

PART 2: TERMS OF SERVICE & LICENSE AGREEMENT
By accessing InviteArc, purchasing our templates, or deploying our digital wedding invitations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Intellectual Property & Ownership Rights
The “InviteArc” name, logo, visual identity, website architecture, source code, UI/UX design systems, animations, layout compositions, illustrations, graphics, and written content are the exclusive proprietary assets of Infogentech Softwares LLP.
These assets are strictly protected under:

• The Indian Copyright Act, 1957
• The Trademarks Act, 1999
• The Information Technology Act, 2000
• Applicable international intellectual property treaties and conventions.

2. Limited License & Permitted Usage
Upon successful purchase of an InviteArc template or digital invitation service, you are granted a Limited, Non-Exclusive, Non-Transferable, and Revocable Personal-Use License.
What You CAN Do:

• Customize the event details within the provided technical limits of the platform.
•  Share the final generated invite link/video with your private guest list.
• Use the asset for one (1) single personal wedding event.
  What You CANNOT Do (Strictly Prohibited Conduct):
• Replicate, clone, reverse-engineer, or mimic InviteArc’s designs or website structures.
• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly upload our source files/templates.
• Use InviteArc designs for commercial client projects or agency portfolios without explicit written commercial licensing.
• Modify our assets to claim original authorship or create competing products.
• Host replicated versions of our layouts on external domains.

3. Nature of Product, Access, Delivery & Refunds

• Digital Product: InviteArc offers purely digital wedding invitations, web experiences, and video assets. No physical products or printed materials will be shipped unless explicitly stated in a custom contract.
• Access & Delivery Timeline: Access to your digital template or invitation website is provided within 24 to 48 hours following successful payment.
• License Expiration: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, your customized digital invitation page/link will automatically expire and become inaccessible after the wedding event has concluded.
• Refund Policy (Final Sale): Because our products are digital assets, all purchases are deemed final sales. We do not offer refunds, order cancellations, or chargebacks under any circumstances once a payment is processed.

4. User Responsibilities
As a user of this platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and lawful event information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account access credentials provided to you.
•  Ensure that any media (images, music, text) you upload does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

• Third-Party Outages: InviteArc relies on third-party infrastructure (such as cloud hosting servers, domain registrars, API tools, and payment networks) to keep the platform online.
• Service Downtime Disclaimer: We are not responsible or legally liable for any temporary website outages, slow loading times, or unexpected service disruptions caused directly by third-party downtime.

6. Legal Enforcement & Jurisdiction
Any unauthorized reproduction, digital replication, imitation, or commercial exploitation of InviteArc’s intellectual property—whether in India or internationally—will result in immediate termination of the user license and strict civil and criminal legal proceedings.
All disputes, legal notices, and claims arising out of these policies fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
