1. Can the preview image be changed after the link is generated?

No, once the invite link preview is generated, it cannot be modified. Please ensure all details are final before approval.

2. Why is the invite preview not visible on WhatsApp?

This usually happens due to WhatsApp privacy settings.
Go to: WhatsApp → Settings → Privacy → Advanced → Turn OFF “Disable link previews”
After that, the preview should appear normally.

3. Why is music not autoplaying on Android?

Music autoplay works on Apple devices. On Android, due to security restrictions, users must tap anywhere on the screen to start the music. This is a device limitation, not an invite issue.

4. How long is the invite link valid?

Your invite link remains active until one month after your wedding date.
After expiry, we will provide a saved digital copy of your invite as a beautiful keepsake memory

5. Can we create different links for different guest categories?

Yes! You can order multiple invite links based on guest categories (Family, Friends, Corporate, etc.).

6. How many URLs are included?

We provide 2 complimentary URLs with your package.
Additional URLs can be added if required.

7. How many revisions are included?

We offer 2 complimentary revisions to ensure your invite is perfect.
Additional revisions may be chargeable.
