By accessing InviteArc, purchasing our templates, or deploying our digital wedding invitations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Intellectual Property & Ownership Rights
The “InviteArc” name, logo, visual identity, website architecture, invite formats, animations, layouts, illustrations, design systems, and graphics are the exclusive proprietary assets of Infogentech Softwares LLP and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
These assets are strictly protected under:
• The Indian Copyright Act, 1957
• The Trademarks Act, 1999
• Applicable international intellectual property regulations and treaties.
2. Limited License & Permitted Usage
Upon successful purchase of an InviteArc template or digital invitation service, you are granted a Limited, Non-Exclusive, Non-Transferable, and Revocable Personal-Use License.
What You CAN Do:
• Customize the personal event details within the provided technical limits of the platform.
• Share your final generated invitation link/experience with your private guest list.
• Use the digital asset exclusively for your single designated personal event.
3. Nature of Product, Delivery & Expiry
• Digital Product: InviteArc offers purely digital wedding invitations and website-based invite experiences. No physical products or printed materials will be shipped unless explicitly mentioned.
• Delivery Timeline: Digital access to your template link along with a tutorial video is securely delivered via email, direct link, or your user dashboard within 24 to 48 hours following successful payment confirmation.
• Access Expiry: Your website link and template access are temporary. You will be able to edit your project and keep your wedding website live until your wedding date, after which the link will expire and access will close.
4. User Responsibilities
As a customer using this platform, you are explicitly responsible for:
• Providing accurate, truthful, and lawful event details for setup.
• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of any system access credentials or dashboard links provided to you.
• Ensuring the lawful use of the invitation and verifying that your custom media uploads do not infringe on third-party rights.
Important Note: You may not claim ownership over InviteArc’s design system, framework, or core intellectual property under any circumstances.
5. Strictly Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
• Copying, cloning, reverse-engineering, or replicating our design framework.
• Sharing source access or distributing master backend codes/files.
• Using InviteArc layouts or structures to create competing commercial products.
• Hosting replicated versions of our design templates on external, non-InviteArc domains.
• Utilizing any of our proprietary designs for commercial resale or unauthorized agency portfolios.
6. Platform Dependency & Limitation of Liability
• InviteArc relies entirely on third-party infrastructure tools (including cloud hosting platforms, domain providers, analytics systems, and payment gateways).
• We are not liable for temporary outages, slow loading speeds, or service disruptions caused directly by downtime from these third-party service providers.
• Maximum financial liability is strictly capped at the absolute amount paid by the user for the respective service.
7. Legal Enforcement & Jurisdiction
Any unauthorized reproduction, digital replication, imitation, distribution, or commercial exploitation of InviteArc’s proprietary assets—whether in India or internationally—will result in the immediate termination of services and invite strict civil and criminal proceedings under Delhi jurisdiction.
All disputes, legal notices, and claims arising out of these terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Terms of Service policy periodically to reflect platform upgrades. The most current version will always be published on this page, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
