The “InviteArc” name, logo, visual identity, website architecture, invite formats, animations, layouts, illustrations, and design systems are proprietary assets of Infogentech Softwares LLP and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
The InviteArc brand identity and logo are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Trademarks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property regulations. Any unauthorized reproduction, digital replication, imitation, distribution, or commercial
exploitation—whether in India or internationally—will invite strict civil and criminal proceedings under Delhi jurisdiction.

1. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All website wedding templates, digital invite formats, animations, layout compositions, source files, illustrations, UI/UX systems, written content, and creative assets displayed on InviteArc are the exclusive property of Infogentech Softwares LLP.
These assets are protected under:

•  Indian Copyright Act, 1957
• Trademarks Act, 1999
•  Information Technology Act, 2000
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
•  International copyright conventions and treaties.

Any attempt to:

•  Replicate or clone designs
• Reverse engineer website structures
•  Resell, sublicense, or redistribute templates
•  Use InviteArc designs for commercial or client work without authorization
•  Modify and claim authorship shall result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctions, damages, and prosecution.

All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

2. Information We Collect
InviteArc collects only essential information required to deliver services effectively.
This may include:

• Full name
• Email address
• Contact details
•  Event details (for invite customization)
• Billing information
• Country and currency information
•  Payment details (processed securely via Razorpay)

3. Purpose of Data Processing
Your information is used strictly for:

• Processing payments (INR, USD & international currencies)
• Creating and delivering your digital wedding website or invitation
• Providing technical or customer support
• Compliance with legal, accounting, and anti-fraud regulations
• Security and dispute resolution

We do not sell, rent, or commercially exploit your personal information.

4. Payment & Transaction Security
All payments are processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway aligned with RBI and global card network standards. InviteArc:

• Does not store debit/credit card details
• Does not retain CVV or sensitive banking credentials
•  Supports INR, USD, and international payment modes.

International customers may be required to provide billing country information in accordance with global compliance rules.

5. License & Permitted Usage
Upon successful purchase of an InviteArc template or website invite:
You are granted a:

• Non-exclusive
•  Non-transferable
•  Limited personal-use license

This license allows usage for:

• One personal wedding
• One private event

You may:

• Edit content within provided customization limits
• Share the final invite link with your guests

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the design
• Transfer access to another event
• Use templates for client or agency work
• Duplicate for multiple weddings
•  Upload source files publicly

Unauthorized usage will result in immediate legal enforcement.

6. Terms of Use
 6.1 Nature of Product
InviteArc offers digital wedding invitations and website-based invite experiences.
No physical products are shipped unless explicitly mentioned.
6.2 Delivery
Access is provided digitally after successful payment via:

• Email
• Direct secure link
• Admin dashboard (if applicable)

6.3 User Responsibility
You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details
•  Maintaining confidentiality of access credentials
•  Ensuring lawful use of the invite

You may not claim ownership over InviteArc’s design system or intellectual property.
6.4 Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying the design framework
•  Sharing source access
•  Using InviteArc layouts to create competing products
• Hosting replicated versions on other domains
• Using designs for commercial resale

6.5 Platform Dependency
InviteArc may rely on third-party tools such as hosting platforms, domain providers, analytics systems, or payment processors. We are not liable for temporary outages or disruptions caused by third-party service
providers.
